DESCRIPTION:Presentation by Linda Stumpp\nPace and Innovage Programs\n\nPACE is the Program of all-inclusive Care for the Elderly\, which is a Medicaid\nprogram for people over the age of 55.\nPACE is in 38 states and different companies “run” the program for the State.\nInnovage is the largest provider of the PACE program as it is in 6 States: Florida\, Virginia\, Pennsylvania\,\nColorado\, New Mexico and California.\nColorado is where it all began and our corporate office is in Lowry.\nThere are six Centers in Colorado: Pueblo\, Aurora\, Denver\, Lakewood\,\nThornton and Loveland.\nColorado Springs PACE is Rocky Mountain PACE and Boulder is TruPACE.\nThe Centers are where all the magic happens.\nThe Medical clinic\, Dental offices\, Audiology\, Optometry\, Podiatry and Acupuncture are all\nhoused there.\nThere is also a Social model and folks can attend the day Center Monday thru Friday if they wish.\nWe serve Breakfast\, we serve Lunch\, and we have activities going on all day.\nThere is a large Therapy Gym where people can get PT and OT as well as Speech Therapies.\nSome individuals come five days a week\, some come 1-2 times a week and some never come in unless they have some\nsort of appointment.\nEveryone’s care plan is customized to them\, starting with your Social Worker which is your and your families “go to” person.
