Her presentation to the ACAN\ngroup will cover the role and responsibilities that the Coroner’s Office\nhas in the community\, as well as end of life preparation and expectations\nto include topics such as: certifying the manner and cause of death and\nobtaining death certificates; funeral arrangement selection\, pre-planning\,\nand consumer protection\, wills & living trusts (and the absence thereof)\,\nmedical advance directives\, organ/tissue/whole body donation\, hospice\nand palliative care; aid in dying\, and assisted living and nursing care.
