“Adams County’s Housing Policy & Community Investments (HPCI) division will present on the Minor Home Repair (MHR) program, offering grant assistance to income-eligible homeowners in designated areas for essential home repairs prioritizing a safe, decent, and sanitary living environment, as well as addressing accessibility issues to support aging in place and independent living for people with disabilities.  County staff will explain a brief history of the program, requirements for applicants, and examples of eligible repairs.  Come learn about what the MHR program has to offer!”
