Pace and Innovage Programs

PACE is the Program of all-inclusive Care for the Elderly, which is a Medicaid

program for people over the age of 55.

PACE is in 38 states and different companies “run” the program for the State.

Innovage is the largest provider of the PACE program as it is in 6 States: Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania,

Colorado, New Mexico and California.

Colorado is where it all began and our corporate office is in Lowry.

There are six Centers in Colorado: Pueblo, Aurora, Denver, Lakewood,

Thornton and Loveland.

Colorado Springs PACE is Rocky Mountain PACE and Boulder is TruPACE.

The Centers are where all the magic happens.

The Medical clinic, Dental offices, Audiology, Optometry, Podiatry and Acupuncture are all

housed there.

There is also a Social model and folks can attend the day Center Monday thru Friday if they wish.

We serve Breakfast, we serve Lunch, and we have activities going on all day.

There is a large Therapy Gym where people can get PT and OT as well as Speech Therapies.

Some individuals come five days a week, some come 1-2 times a week and some never come in unless they have some

sort of appointment.

Everyone’s care plan is customized to them, starting with your Social Worker which is your and your families “go to” person.
